• Q: Are reservations required?
A: We can provide signs without reservations on a first come first serve basis, however, reserving a sign in advance will ensure the sign you want is available for you to rent. Please keep in mind that if Mom doesn’t deliver on the date reserved then please provide us with another date to move your reservation to. This allows us to make the signs available to other customers in between dates.

*Please note reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

• Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver to most of the larger part of the St. Louis area and expanded counties. (You’d be surprised!) Please call us to confirm your delivery area.

• Q: What is the keepsake?
A: We provide each stork sign with a personalized cloud keepsake with baby’s name and information on it. For our Big Head Baby Boy we provide a baseball keepsake and for our Big Head Baby Girl we provide you with a heart keepsake. (For Baby Showers we can place the Mother-To-Be’s name on the keepsake.)

• Q: What information do I need to place my order?
A: First, we will need an address and zip code to confirm delivery area. Secondly, if you are in a NOT house but located in a condo or apartment, we will need lawn space without infringing upon other residents of the units to place the sign. For New Babies we will need the name, birth date, weight, length, and time of birth. For Adoption Announcements we will need the name and date of the adoption. For Parents-To-Be we will need Mom or Mom and Dad’s name and due date or season baby is due. (i.e. Fall, Spring, Summer or Winter) For Baby Showers we will need Mom or Mom and Dad’s name.

• Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check or Visa, MC & Discover. Payment is due prior to delivery. If you are paying by check, cash or money order, please allow enough time for us to receive payment prior to delivery.

• Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. If a homeowner, security officer, gated entrance, dogs, environments (such as lack of grassy area) prevent us from delivering the rental sign, or you provide us with incorrect address or rental date no refunds will be given.

• Q: How do I Rent a Sign?
A: Call us at 314-837-8105 or fill out our form on the “Reserve a Stork” page of this website.

• Q: What happens to the sign if it’s not picked up after my last day of the rental period?
A: We ask that you do not remove our signs or light kits. If we give you an extra day rental then that is complimentary. However, we do ask that the signs are available at all times on the lawn as we placed them originally for convenient pick-up times for our company.
